MY MAMA AGENCY operates as a Creative Talent Management agency. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the general principles governing financial transactions related to our services. Because our services are highly customised and project-specific, detailed financial terms are established in individual contracts.

2. Project and Collaboration Fees

Any fees, deposits, or retainers paid for talent booking, creator collaborations, or project coordination are governed strictly by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Talent Booking Agreement signed by both parties prior to the commencement of the project.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific project contract:

• Deposits paid to secure talent for specific dates are generally non-refundable to compensate for the opportunity cost of the booked time.
• Payments made for completed creative work or executed campaigns are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

If a brand or client wishes to cancel a confirmed booking or collaboration, the cancellation terms defined in the specific project agreement will apply. These terms typically include tiered cancellation fees based on the proximity of the cancellation to the project start date.

4. Talent Network Applications

MY MAMA AGENCY does not charge a fee to review talent applications submitted through this website. Therefore, no refunds apply to the application process.

5. Exceptions

We do not guarantee specific campaign results, follower growth, or financial earnings from collaborations. Refunds are not issued based on subjective dissatisfaction with creative performance if the talent has fulfilled their contractual obligations.
